Reed Moore is one of the industry leaders within Keller Williams Realty and has built his business from 3 million in yearly production to $220 Million in 2021 and 1.5 billion in overall sales. Beginning with one partner agent and one admin in 2009, he has expanded his team to 4 locations, 2 in Alaska, as well as Spokane WA and Coeur d’Alene ID.  

Reed has been featured on Agent Mountain, as a Best of the Best panelist at Family Reunion and Mega Camp for leadership, growth strategies, and business culture.  You can also find him on several podcasts, including Xperience Growth, The Business Freedom Podcast, The Real Look, and more. Reed is widely known for developing dynamic business performance through culture and missional focus.

As a John Maxwell certified coach, Reed shares his passion for building those around him through training, teaching, and coaching. He has also served as an executive coach and consultant to one of real estate’s largest technology companies moving them from 4 million in annual revenue to over $16 million annually in just 2 years.

Reed is a dedicated husband and devoted father to four children. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and participating in local triathlons including the Coeur d’Alene Ironman.
